Sy Stokes, Ph. D.
Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Sy Stokes (he/him) is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at CONSYLIUM.

Prior to CONSYLIUM, Dr. Stokes was a non-profit executive with a portfolio of research focused on improving the workplace experiences for diverse populations across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions. As an award-winning scholar and practitioner, he was recently appointed as a Senior Fellow at Harvard University for the Center on the Developing Child, where he serves as a strategic advisor for the leadership team in supporting their efforts toward improving the collective competency and capacity for advancing equity within and beyond the organization.

Dr. Stokes has delivered over 200 keynote speeches and guest lectures for various institutions and initiatives, including the White House Summit on Educational Excellence for African Americans (Obama administration), Stop AAPI Hate, and various Fortune 500 companies.

He received his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), an M.S. from the University of Pennsylvania, and Ph.D. from the University of Southern California.

Charles H.F. Davis III, Ph.D.
Chief Strategy and Research Officer

Dr. Charles H.F. Davis III (he/him) is the Chief Strategy and Research Officer at CONSYLIUM.

Dr. Davis is an award-winning scholar and former research executive with nearly two decades of experience leveraging data to assist corporations and non-profit organizations meeting their operational goals. Prior to pursuing a scholarly career as a full-time faculty member at the University of Michigan, Dr. Davis spent his early-career as a professor and co-director of two national research centers at the University of Pennsylvania and University of Southern California. 

As an educator, Dr. Davis has trained more the 10,000 students, administrators, and executives from over 100 postsecondary and private sector organizations in the United States and abroad. Most notably, he has given lectures at Brown University, Columbia University, Florida A&M University, Harvard University, Princeton University, the Sorbonne University in Paris, University of Cape Town, and Wharton Business School.

He received B.A. and M.A. degrees from The Florida State University, an M.S. from the University of Pennsylvania, and Ph.D. from the University of Arizona.
