Assessing your needs

Every partnership begins with assessing challenges.

Each consultation begins with a collaborative process with our partners to assess their needs. This consists of an initial discovery meeting to identify key focus areas for support, followed by an extensive review of research to establish an index of issue-specific experts and organizations. This process enables us to develop a comprehensive proposal that outlines who can potentially serve as your expert advisory council.

Building your advisory council

CONSYLIUM Members are held to the highest standards.

Using a detailed rubric and rigorous interview process, CONSYLIUM provides recommendations to our partners for members to serve on their council. Each member of a council, referred to as a “CONSYLIUM Member (CM),” offers established, content-specific expertise and/or professional experience that demonstrates their ability to provide evidence-based solutions.

Activating your council

Expertise, project management, and actionable insights.

CONSYLIUM manages and facilitates renewable activation periods (~4-5 months) between our partners and their assigned CMs. Upon activation, CMs provide real-time guidance for how to navigate new and unexpected challenges through all-council sessions (all CMs present) and/or 1:1 advising sessions. Along with the CONSYLIUM leadership team, CMs collaborate on a series of actionable solutions to be incorporated into a client-specific final report deliverable.

Staying connected

High-impact, sustainable partnerships are hard to come by.

At the conclusion of the activation period(s), our hope is that our partners establish extended partnerships with their assigned CMs that go beyond the scope of our work here at CONSYLIUM. The activation periods are an opportunity for our partners to build rapport with their CMs, receive world-class advisory services, and become equipped with the necessary tools to make informed decisions at the highest level. But there will always be more work to be done.

Thus, we hope these activation periods are merely the beginning of long-lasting, mutually beneficial connections… that all started here with us.
