Global LGBTQ+ Champions

What is “Open Economics”?

The mission of CONSYLIUM’s Open Economics is to help companies identify and solidify the business case for advancing company-wide efforts that support LGBTQ+ employees. Company partners will be provided the necessary research and executive guidance for ensuring LGBTQ+ inclusion remains a structural priority, with a particular focus on: talent attraction and retention, LGBTQ+ purchasing power, innovation and performance outcomes, risk management and compliance, and global scalability.
